Fungi’s finish first! Real black truffles add crazy amounts of class to this handcrafted salami. Not that the sausage doesn’t have plenty of pedigree all by itself. It’s crafted from pasture-raised, heritage-breed pork seasoned with solar evaporated sea salt, and then exclusively dry-cured (not heat-treated or smoked) for up to 2 months. When it comes to exceptional cured meats, Charlitos’s knows how to think pig.
