If you select standard shipping, your order will take 1-3 business days to process, though we do our best to be as quick as possible. Once our common carrier picks up the package, it will be delivered in 1-5 business days depending on shipping destination.
In order to estimate the total time it will take from the moment you place the order until it is delivered, please make sure to add the 1-3 business days to the number of business shipping days listed below.
If you are not home to receive your package, the carrier will make up to three delivery attempts and will then hold the package for pick-up. Spirits and wine shipments must be signed for at the time of delivery or pick up by someone who is over 21 and can present identification.

At this time we cannot ship temperature-sensitive products outside of the contiguous United States.

Orders outside the contiguous 48 States have additional surcharges, as follows:

SPIRITS + WINE
All spirits and wine orders have an additional $5 surcharge to cover the cost of the legally-required signature by someone over the age of 21 at the recipient's address.
Now, for some additional fun stuff our lawyers suggest you know: You, the buyer, assume title to and ownership of the wines/spirits once purchased from Mouth.com. By arranging transportation by a common carrier, we are providing a service to you and acting on your behalf. You are solely responsible for determining the legality and tax consequences of having wines/spirits shipped to you. Certain states prohibit the direct importation of alcohol.
All orders containing alcohol are shipped via common carrier and are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" label. The common carrier will only deliver the package if someone over the age of 21 can sign this label upon receipt.
We strongly suggest that all products containing alcohol be shipped to a business address.
Due to New York State law, alcohol must be shipped in a separate box from non-alcoholic products. And yes, that means you're going to get two tracking numbers if you order alcoholic products and non-alcoholic products.
Products from the above makers require special handling, so the following shipping charges apply:

- Mah-Ze-dahr Bakery: $11.99 to $24.99 depending on your shipping destination
Please note that these products will ship separately from Mouth products and may arrive on a different day.
Due to New York State law, food items must be shipped separately from spirits and wine items, so mixed orders will ship in at least 2 boxes, but there will be only one charge. Customers must be age 21 or older to legally purchase wine or spirits.
Subscription Shipping info
1: PICK YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT PLAN
PREPAY: Choose the duration.
PAY MONTHLY: Your first month will be charged to your credit card at checkout. Subsequent months will be charged around the 10th of every month. (Please note discount codes only apply to the first month.)
2: RECEIVE DIGITAL WELCOME CERTIFICATE
Immediately after placing your order, you’ll find a welcome certificate in your order confirmation email. If this is a gift, forward it to the lucky recipient, or print it out and give it to them in person!
3: SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERY TIMING
The first box will ship 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Subsequent boxes will ship the following month (around the 15th) for delivery between the 16-25th.
NOTE: If you are the recipient of a subscription containing alcohol, each delivery will be sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker. The common carrier will only deliver the package if someone over the age of 21 can sign this label upon receipt. We recommend having the subscription shipped to a business address, if possible.

These orders are shipped only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to prevent weekend delays. Orders scheduled for shipment after Wednesday evening will be held until the following Monday.
We're all about tasting at Mouth.
And it's possible you're going to taste one of our products and not love it (though we try really, really hard to make sure that's not the case). We're so sorry, but we can't take something back just because you don't like the taste. We can only offer returns if a package was damaged during the shipping process or if the products are spoiled. In this case, please provide photos if possible.
If you wish to return an alcoholic beverage because you believe it was damaged before or during transit, please reseal the bottle and contact us at email@example.com.

We value your privacy as much as we value our own privacy, if not more. We're not going to sell, give away or otherwise abuse your email address or any other information that you give us. No credit card information is saved with your account. That means you have to enter it with every transaction, but it is more secure.
