Mouth says...

We love tea with milk. How about milk with tea? Yes, this sweet, creamy cow’s milk cheese is rubbed with tea for an aromatic, relaxing flavor. And who doesn’t love decompressing at the end of a long day with your bes-tea? Cheesemaking is a labor of love for Beehive, a collaboration between two passionate, cheesy brothers-in-law, Tim Welsh and Pat Ford. The high butter fat milk from their thriving herd of Holstein and Jersey cows gives Beehive Cheeses that super rich quality. Fun fact: the company is named for Utah, which is known as the Beehive State – a beehive is a symbol of industry (the personal kind) and self-reliance. We can get behind this kind of cheesy creativi-tea.

Tip of the tongue:

Tea-rrific is great with a glass of red wine and some fresh berries. We also like it served alongside some candied walnuts and a drizzle of Hudson Valley Honey when you’re trying to cheese a crowd.
