Marketing Manager
Mouth is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the implementation, execution and optimization of DTC growth strategies. Working closely with the Product, Analytics, Design and Brand teams, you will lead our global charge to build and enhance digital campaigns through organic and paid media channels, while improving performance in order to grow our customer user base.
What You Will Do
- Execute paid search & social strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, with continuous testing to ensure campaigns optimization
- Oversee the day to day execution and optimization of social media and PPC campaigns
- Experience and up-to-date on segmentation strategies and trends
- Manage submission and delivery of creative requests for all digital ad channels
- Establish, monitor, and report on all paid channel KPIs, and provide in-time strategic recommendations
- Oversee daily, weekly and monthly reporting, including key marketing performance indicators, tracking and testing data that is sent to key stakeholders
- Stay current on new tactics, tools, and partners that can improve our digital position in the marketplace
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience executing and managing performance-based digital campaigns either in-house or at an agency Must be an expert in Shopify Plus and have excellent Excel skills and reporting skills

Graphic Designer
We’re looking for a creative to assist in graphic design for all areas of Mouth.com and related projects, including site and UX, digital and print marketing, social media, and product/packaging. The ideal candidate has strong design skills and impeccable taste, and is also a quick study, organized, detail oriented, and eager to learn.

Support the Creative, Marketing, Product and Sales teams in design efforts, including planning, coordinating across departments, and the flawless execution in all design channels, including website, email, digital advertising, print media and packaging.

Handle imaging and asset management - resizing, renaming, color correcting and retouching photos

Work with Art Director to develop new templates and design email marketing campaigns

Support AD in UI/UX website design, with an understanding of mobile-first best practices and trends

Support the creative team with fresh ideas for content creation and design including photography and typography inspiration boards and social media content.

- 2+ years in a design role
- Proficient and nimble in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop + Illustrator

- Familiarity with operating within a CMS platform a plus
- UI/UX experience (desktop and mobile) a plus

Marketing Coordinator
This person will support the Marketing and E-commerce teams, while working closely with the Product and Creative teams, in all content efforts – including the coordination of planning and creating marketing assets. They will also facilitate the timely and flawless execution for all marketing channels, including website, email, paid and owned social, blog, print assets and digital advertising. This person will also be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of various marketing channels (including email and social media) under the direction of the Head of Marketing.
The ideal candidate never misses a deadline and is highly data-driven, observant and thoughtful, detail-oriented, smart, funny, super organized, hungry, a team-player and thrives in a super-fast-paced dynamic environment. Oh, and you love to eat!
Responsibilities

Copywriter / Content Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for an E-Commerce Copywriter and Content Manager to join our team in our office located in DUMBO, Brooklyn. In this role, you will edit and write compelling, pitch-perfect, SEO optimized e-commerce driven copy for our website, email newsletter, product descriptions, maker bios, digital advertising and other marketing initiatives. You will be a key player in evolving the brand, ensuring visual and voice consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate is both a big picture thinker and problem solver, as well as someone who knows that, as the saying goes, God is in the details. In other words, you can come up with genius ideas and carry them through to completion. You are smart, funny, organized, collaborative and enjoy wearing many hats. Oh, and you love food and tasting things on little wooden spoons.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Write e-commerce brand content for: email campaigns, homepage, landing pages, social media feeds, product descriptions, maker bios, blog posts and other marketing initiatives
+ Oversee social media writing, particularly Instagram.
+ Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to conceptualize and execute campaigns, launches and other projects as needed
+ Work closely with the marketing and creative team to maintain editorial calendar and ensure production of all of the above
+ Master and hone the Mouth voice and ensure consistency across all assets
+ Use best practices across the board, including SEO, hashtags, etc.
+ Monitor, analyze and report on progress using relevant data tools, etc.
+ Create and maintain reference databases for key projects including subject lines, language documents and product naming
+ Maintain e-blast and content calendar
REQUIREMENTS
+ 5+ years in a copywriting and/or social media role; e-commerce experience is highly desirable
+ Experience posting for social media accounts
+ Deep familiarity and expertise with best SEO practices
+ You know the difference between a compelling subject line, witty social caption and a conversion-driven e-commerce product description
+ You’re deadline-driven, highly organized, with an obsessive attention to detail
+ You are obsessed with KPIs such as open rates, click-to-open rates, social engagement and more
+ Bonus points for familiarity with operating within a CMS platform, basic knowledge of HTML, tech savvy.
