Try this soft, smooth whiskey in a Ginger Buck: Combine 1 1/2 oz Washington Wheat Whiskey, 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice and 3/4 oz Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur in a cocktail shaker with lots of ice. Shake until very cold and strain into a wide-mouthed glass with lots of ice. Top with a wedge of lime.
