Washington Wheat Whiskey

MADE BY DRY FLY DISTILLING IN SPOKANE, WASHINGTON

MOUTH SAYS...

This is the perfect "introductory" whiskey. It's made with winter wheat, which has a softer flavor than most grains and adds a subtle taste to that hint of toffee from barrel-aging.

Dry Fly buys all of its wheat from local, sustainable farms – call it “farm to bottle." You do really get a taste of Washington in every glass.

The founders, devoted fly fishermen, were inspired by the river where they fish. But we're pretty sure you'll enjoy their whiskey even if you've never so much as tied on a lure. Plus the bottle is covered in hilarious notes that will entertain you as you sip!

tip of the tongue

Try this soft, smooth whiskey in a Ginger Buck: Combine 1 1/2 oz Washington Wheat Whiskey, 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice and 3/4 oz Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur in a cocktail shaker with lots of ice. Shake until very cold and strain into a wide-mouthed glass with lots of ice. Top with a wedge of lime.
