This is one beef jerky that is all about the meat. Richly flavorful with a hint of real smoke, it practically melts in your Mouth, thanks to the dense marbling of the (DNA-certified!) Wagyu breed beef.

Lone Mountain jerky starts with cows raised on a 50-year-old family farm in Golden, New Mexico. The ranchers are dedicated to sustainable, humane treatment of their cattle, and we think it shows in their award-winning, highly flavorful meat. 

When they decided to try jerky-making, they didn't take any shortcuts. Hand-sliced meat is marinated in black pepper, salt and maple syrup, then smoked over hardwood.
