This simple vanilla syrup is on one hand plain vanilla – made with just organic cane sugar, water and vanilla. On the other hand, the quality of the ingredients makes it much more than plain – the makers use a sustainable and fair trade vanilla sourced by LaFaza in Madagascar and transform it into something simply special.

Tip of the tongue:
The basic RAFT recipe is 1.5 oz syrup, 3-6 oz soda water, 1 TBSP RAFT syrup, a few dashes of bitters and ice. Here, we suggest bourbon, orange bitters and some cocktail cherries for a Vanilla Old Fashioned. Garnish with a sage leaf for a festive look.
