We searched and searched for the perfect gluten-free cracker, only to be letdown again and again. So we were completely thrilled when one of our favorite indie food makers, Potter's, created this wheat-free cracker of greatness.

Potter's bakers mix and bake their gluten-free crackers in a separate room with separate equipment. The primary ingredient is certified gluten-free oats, but they're so conscientious they won't label the crackers as gluten-free or remove wheat from their allergen list until they have "a program of air-quality testing in place." 

We can confidently assert that they definitely got one thing right –  taste! These oaty crackers are light, crisp, and even a bit buttery with a pleasant hint of garlic in every bite. Wheat-free has never tasted so good.
