You’re probably wondering: What’s in a one-jar-fits-all seasoning? A lot of the same things you’d find at a professional cook’s kitchen station: sea salt and black pepper, garlic, onion, paprika, celery (in this case, celery seed, which has a much mellower flavor), even lemon.
