“Eat with a Southern Accent” is the motto of Doux South, who like their sweet pickles as much as their tea. Crafted by Atlanta farm-to-table chef Nick Melvin — who was schooled on the south’s proud pickling tradition while growing up in New Orleans — these bread and butter-style cucumber pickle slices are pleasantly sweet without being overwhelmingly saccharine, which allow complimentary undertones of celery seed and garlic to shine.
