Every day they’re brusselin.’ The fermenters at Frankies are turning over a new leaf with their pint-sized pickled cabbages. A far cry from those sad, boiled brussels you grew up with, their sweet and tangy sprouts are brined with apple cider vinegar, raw sugar, onion, jalapeno, mustard seed, and just a hint of red Tientsin chili for a bit of lip-smacking spice. Non-GMO and handcrafted in the USA, they’re gonna make you twist and sprout.


Tip of the Tongue:

Briny brussels make an awesome appetizer when skewered with chunks of smoked sausage and cheese. Also try them coarsely sliced, as a tangy accompaniment to grilled pork chops.
