Sweet Corn Tortilla Chips

MADE BY OFF THE COB IN ITHACA, NEW YORK

MOUTH SAYS...

Feeling corny? Us too. Corn is one of our favorite summer snacks – freshly picked, grilled, rolled in butter, the best part of a barbecue. So, obviously we snack on these chips all summer at the beach. But they’re also great in the off-season for when we’re having corn withdrawal! (Yes, this is a thing.) Sweet Corn Tortilla Chips to the rescue. Added bonus: they’re light and actually….nutritious!

Cameron, a third-generation farmer and the founder of Off the Cob, grew up harvesting “New York’s tastiest sweet corn” on his family’s farm in Ithaca, N.Y. He turned his love for corn into a business at the ripe old age of 22, funded largely by a $20,000 prize from his college’s business plan competition. They even went on Shark Tank to spread the word about their delicious snack. Off The Cob’s mission? To bring us delicious, nutritious snacks while using sustainable corn farming methods. Yeah, we’re obsessed…You could even call us stalk-ers. ;)

Trust us, this is serious corn porn.

TIP OF THE TONGUE

Upgrade homemade nachos with these sweet corn tortilla chips. or just dip them in some Aji Pepper Salsa. Trust us, the result is a-maize-ing.
