Slowly dehydrated with air instead of heat, this South African-style beef jerky (otherwise known as biltong) has us fit to be dried. Given the steakhouse treatment with a marinade of garlic, black pepper and paprika, these tender tidbits are hand-crafted in small batches from 100% grass fed beef, and are free from sugar and artificial preservatives. In fact, the folks behind Brooklyn Biltong liken their product to the love child of prosciutto and beef jerky. Sounds like one pretty baby!
