At Mouth HQ, you’ll often find us munching on Billy Goat Potato Chips. They’re impossible to resist. We rave about them to friends. We serve them at cocktail parties. We say without equivocation that they are the best potato chip we’ve ever tasted. Literally. So now all the hotheads in the office are freaking out that Billy Goat has introduced a spicy chip. They call it ‘The Kicker” and indeed it has a serious kick.
The Billy Goat Restaurant & Bar opened in St. Louis in 2002 and their tasty potato chips soon became one of their signature bar snacks. They were so insanely popular that in 2009, Chef Brian Roth closed the restaurant so he could produce potato chips full time. Made with only carefully hand-selected, non-GMO Idaho potatoes, they are fried with precision for approximately 6 minutes and then expertly seasoned.
