This spicy, awesomely bittersweet beef jerky has driven us totally loco for more.
We’ve been marinating our steaks in coffee ever since we picked up the meat-tenderizing trick from the pages of our favorite food magazines. But we never would have thought to do as Uncle Andy does, and submerge our beef jerky in an insanely good blend of ground coffee, chile pepper and, yes, cocoa powder.
It’s a pretty revolutionary addition to the American jerky market. Viva la revolución, indeed.
