This chicken sausage is true poultry in motion. It starts with vegetarian-fed, antibioti-free and hormone-free chicken, that’s been smoked for a flavor that really stands up to the grill. And it’s complimented by a double dose of apples — both dried and in Calvados; a variety of French apple brandy. Oh, and did we mention (like all of Les Trois Petits Cochon’s sausages) that it’s all-natural and handcrafted, as well as gluten-free, preservative-free and artificial flavor-free? Ooh la la! The lean, chicken-based sausage is ideally paired with a light-bodied beer, such as lager, pilsner or wheat.

Chicken**, Dried Onions, Salt, Calvados, Dried Apples, Spices, Black Pepper. Packed in Beef Casing. **No added antibiotics or artificial growth stimulants, vegetarian fed. Federal regulations do not permit the use of hormones in poultry or pork ​
