The recipe for these crisp, tasty, flavorful crackers evolved from pizza dough made with cornmeal and bran, which Pam and Keith (Z couple) rolled out thin one day and baked 'til crisp. This is no "plain" cracker. Each one tastes of good olive oil, and there's just enough salt to make these a tasty snack, even all by their lonesome.

Sometimes the simplest is the best. Great with cheeses, salsa, hummus or other dips. A box of these crackers and a jar of Sutter Buttes' Sun Dried Tomato Tapenade makes for an awesome afternoon snack. We Also like crumbling them into soup.
