Sea Salt Crunchy Split Peas

Sure, we've had those addictively spicy and crunchy wasabi peas, but we were still taken by surprise when we tasted this amazing snack. Yellow split peas are roasted in non-GMO expeller-pressed canola oil (you know, the good stuff) and sprinkled with sea salt.
They're definitely crunchy, and just salty enough, with a savory nutty finish. Plus, they are absolutely packed with protein and fiber (7 and 8 grams per serving, respectively), so they are really satisfying.
