Wölffer Estate makes the most delicious rosé, and in 2010 they figured out how to transform the rosé wine into an equally special vinegar. Aged rosé is placed in old wooden barrels along with a ‘vinegar mother’ for about 6 months, where it oxidizes into the most delicious, golden, oaky, fruity, tangy, vibrant vinegar.

We love it on salads but secretly drink it straight, too.
