Rosé El Dorado County
Everything’s coming up rosé these days, and we were so excited to find this gorgeous new offering from Bebame. You’ll immediately notice the freshness in this misty pink bottle. The flavors remind us of biting into a juicy, crisp, tart apple in all the best ways. Aromas of papaya and strawberry are complemented by bright acidity and tartness with a silky finish.
Chill this bottle down and serve at your next brunch. Yes, that’s right, no need to wait until cocktail hour. You’ve certainly got our permission to wash down a glass alongside a green salad topped with fresh avocado and a poached egg.
Bebame (which means "drink me" in Spanish) is known for low intervention, simple wines. The Cabernet Franc and Gamay Noir grapes are from cool vineyards in El Dorado County, picked at the perfect ripeness then gently pressed, resulting in an approachable, satisfying wine.
Note: This bottle has a screw cap so it's perfect to tote to the beach or a picnic!
