Rosé di Syrah

MADE BY CHANNING DAUGHTERS IN BRIDGEHAMPTON, NEW YORK

MOUTH SAYS...

Stop and smell the rosé on this gem! We are just crazy about this beautiful, classic pink, well-balanced wine. It's elegant and juicy with fresh minerality. There’s a Mouth-watering, long finish that leaves exquisite lingering fruity and floral notes.

When we first stopped by Channing Daughters in Bridgehampton years ago, we were hit by the cool ocean air – these Atlantic breezes are what create the perfect climate for growing their grapes! Channing Daughters Winery has six separate vineyards where it grows more than two dozen varieties of, all of which are hand-picked! Walter Channing, the owner, was a sculptor, and his creative works are displayed in the vineyards and the winery. Many of them are made from wood he rescued from destruction.

This rosé is made from Syrah from Channing Daughters’ Mudd West Vineyard. It’s one of six types of rosé they made in 2015!

TIP OF THE TONGUE

We love pairing this with spaghetti and fresh clams smothered with garlic and parsley.
