Rhubarb TeaMADE BY ART IN THE AGE IN PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA
Big Mouth (and our CEO) Craig loves to get creative with rhubarb. He mixes it with root vegetables to roast under a chicken (brilliant!), turns it into a glaze for lemon pie and juices it to mix with lemonade. So of course, he had to have this refreshing, dry, rhubarb-infused spirit! Tangy and fruity, it's an incredible base for punches, so you know it's great for parties.
Rhubarb is the dominant note, but it's joined by a colorful cornucopia of organic produce: beets, carrots, lemons and bitter orange, plus warm cardamom and just a touch of pure cane sugar (rhubarb is, if you haven't noticed, SOUR). The end result has the tang you expect from rhubarb but with a nice balance of spice.

Rhubarb Tea is the basis for the official Mouth sipper, a Punch in the Mouth! Mix 1 bottle rhubarb tea, 1/2 bottle Greenbar Craft Distillery Fruitlab Orange Liqueur, 3 cups orange juice, 3 cups ruby red grapefruit juice and dashes of Hella Bitters Aromatic bitters to taste. Chill this down and when you're ready to party, pour it over ice in a big pitcher or punch bowl and add 1 liter of seltzer.
