Whatever the season, get a taste of that fresh, new springtime feeling with this jar of unadulterated rhubarb goodness. Each spoonful (yes, you will probably wind up eating it by the spoonful!) is just sweet enough to balance out rhubarb's addictive tartness, without taking it over. The texture is soft and velvety, smoother than a compote but retaining a little of the stalks' bite.
We have to admit: We were extra excited about this jam in particular because jam-maker-in-chief Miranda Rake was a very early Mouth employee! We are thrilled that her time at Mouth helped inspire her to follow her passion for jammin'. And while she was a pretty great employee, once we tasted her jam, we knew she'd found her true calling.
