(The goats even all have names: Orion, Gertrude, Fern, Cicada, Manhattan, Cy, Solaris, Junebug, Woody, Meridien, Winnie, Luna.) Each caramel is handmade from their fresh and raw milk, producing the softest and smoothest caramel that will literally melt in your mouth – not stick to your teeth.
