The humble cauliflower is having a bit of a moment, isn't it? Well, set aside your cauliflower rice and pizza crust for just a moment and try these incredible pickled florets from Pennsylvania pickle master, Rob Seufert. Surprisingly crunchy, these are seasoned with the same garlicky dill-iciousness as a classic Kosher dill. 

Did we mention that Rob’s license place reads EPICPIKL? Epic indeed.

They add a lovely dose of salty personality to any salad. You can serve with hummus or just nibble straight out of the jar before dinner. Or go with a Thanksgiving vibe and slice up a few and pile on a turkey sandwich for an unusual crunch.
