Calling all Philly Phanatics! These half-sour deli dills are an updated take on a classic. Brined with anise and caraway seed, which lend a subtle licorice and rye bready flavor, and handfuls of fresh dill, these crunchy spears are incredibly tangy and fragrant. The makers at Fishtown Pickle Project hand craft each batch using seasonal and locally sourced kirbys, purposely pickling the entire cucumber in order to reduce waste. They’ve really hit this one out of the park. 


Tip of the Tongue:

A Philly-centric pickle deserves an equally iconic partner. Serve alongside overstuffed hoagies (no, not heroes or subs), or massive soft pretzels smeared with plenty of mustard.
