This fair-trade certified green coffee from the Sol Y Cafe co-op is a medium plus roast that’s balanced and sweet with a hint of toasted walnut and burnt cookie. Tasting notes also include caramel and pie crust, which are all the foods we like to eat, so this coffee is right up our alley. We think these beans would be great for drip and Chemex, to better taste all those dessert-y notes.
