Millet Whiskey

MADE BY KOVAL DISTILLERY IN CHICAGO, ILLINOIS

MOUTH SAYS...

Is it too soon to say we’re in love? Millet sure did whisk-ey us off our feet.

Millet is a prized grain from Asia and Africa and is also commonly used as a base for spirits in Nepal. However, Koval is the first distiller ever to use this grain in a whiskey, so you could say this is some Thoroughly Modern Millet.

The whiskey is handcrafted using grains, fruits, herbs, and flowers sourced from the Midwest, and then aged in new American oak from Minnesota. Notes of caramel and vanilla make it a sweet and smooth sipper.

Trust us, this whiskey is a no-grainer.

TIP OF THE TONGUE

Koval has a great dessert cocktail recipe called “The Button Popper”… mix ½ ounce Nocino with ½ ounce Crème De Cacao and ½ ounce simple syrup and 2 ounces of Millet Whiskey.
