Tip of the Tongue
For a classic take: Sauté with chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces, add tomato paste, then add coconut milk and let it simmer until it comes together (optional: Once it's simmering, stir in a couple handfuls of clean spinach leaves). Serve with jasmine rice or naan.
