This classic Polish kielbasa has vaulted onto our list of favorite links. It’s handcrafted from 100% pork seasoned with mustard seed, garlic and spices, in line with the exacting standards of Oregon’s first USDA-approved salumeria. The antibiotic-free meat has been butchered in-house, covered in a snappy all-pork casing, formed into a traditional “U” shape, and smoked over fruity applewood...making for a product that’s about as savory and juicy as kielbasa gets. Trust us, you’ll want to score an invite to this sausage party.
