What happens when a bunch of science nerds set their sights on formulating a better vodka? You get a smooth, light, easy-to-drink spirit made with beet sugar in a Brooklyn laboratory developed, engineered and built entirely from scratch. They even grow their own yeast for fermentation (such nerds!).
Industry City is constantly refining their hypothesis, using data collected from rigorous sampling, customer feedback and research before distilling a new batch.
