Green Fern GlassesMADE BY MARY ELIZABETH ARTS IN CHAPEL HILL, NORTH CAROLINA
It’s endless summer vacation with these nature-inspired glasses. They’re perfect for an outdoor meal, or an indoor one that wants to pretend it’s outside. Teal and kelly green fronds gracefully wrap around the glass – turning them slightly different ways at each place setting, in fact, feels all the more organic.
They’re so gorgeous, it’s almost easy to forget that they’re functional too! That’s Chapel Hill, N.C.-based designer Mary Elizabeth’s favorite part – elevating mundane items into works of art. And she’s done just that. A gin and tonic has never looked so enticing (especially because liquid magnifies the glass’s tropical design). Even plain old water becomes a treat.
Silk-screen printed right here in the U.S. of A. with heat-sealed paint that won’t scratch off or chip, the glasses feel wonderful to fingertips and are durable enough to be used (and put into the dishwasher) every single day.
These glasses will transport you to a beautiful place, all year long.
TIP OF THE TONGUE
Ok, while water does taste especially great from these glasses, cocktails taste better (especially ours, if we do say so ourselves – make one of Mouth's signature cocktails) . Their size and shape make them highballs, which Bartending 101 recommends for drinks served with lots of ice and in need of a swizzle rather than a shake. We’re happy to help with that.
