This 100% grassfed beef jerky is a total flavor bomb. That’s because the marinade takes a page from Korean barbecue, featuring savory red miso, spicy gochugaru pepper and savory gochujang—a fermented red chili paste. Ooh, mami! And unlike so much of the junky jerky you’ll find at the market, this bold and beefy snack is made without preservatives or nitrates, or added MSG. Yeah, we gochu.
