Rachelle Miller left our home borough of Brooklyn for something a little quieter: a wood cabin in the Rocky Mountain foothills of Colorado, where she could really concentrate on using her baking gifts to create the perfect cracker. Lucky for us, she nailed it.
As soon as we took a bite, we were hit with the fragrance of the thyme that’s visibly and beautifully sprinkled throughout each cracker, followed by a savory, irresistible garlic finish. Undeniably fresh and homemade, we almost feel like we’re standing on top of the Rockies ourselves (until, of course, a cab honk brings us back to your not-so-one-with-nature reality).
The crunchiness is a great complement to the creaminess of your cheese of choice, so it’d be a true crime not to include them with your Wine Night charcuterie spread. We recommend pairing with the smooth perfection that is Cremont – just don’t blame us when you finish the box (and the wheel) in one sitting. Consider yourself been warned.
