The mellow sharpness of cask-aged balsamic is perfectly-balanced by the sweet figs and tart elderberries – it’s a totally unique flavor that we’re loving drizzled over cheese, salad, fresh fruit, and Beekman 1802’s favorite: vanilla ice cream.
