Two camp friends, Ashley Albert and Kevin Rodriguez, joined forces to create this mashup of two classic New York staples, matzo and the everything bagel. Vegan, nut-free, dairy-free, all natural, and yes, it's even kosher. Your mother would definitely approve, so be a mensch and snack on it... would it kill ya to try something new?

These flavorful crackers are perfect for dipping into a thick garlic hummus... or maybe spicy harissa hummus. A creamy goat cheese chèvre with a touch of honey would be a sweet snack. Or you can really riff on the classic breakfast food and add a smear on top. Oh, and some lox! The noshing possibilities are unlimited.
