Everton is a Hoosier's take on an old Swiss classic. This alpine-style, semi-firm cow’s milk cheese is rich and savory, and it tastes even creamier as it warms up.
It's made from milk from happy cows that have enjoyed a healthy diet of grass. The beta carotene from the grass turns the milk orange, which gives Everton its pretty, deep yellow coloring.

Raw cow’s milk; animal rennet; aged at least 5 months; comes in a 7-8 oz wedge.*Treat your cheese right! Store it in the fridge tightly wrapped in wax or parchment paper. Take it out and let it warm up to room temperature before serving (about 30 to 60 minutes before). Happy tasting!
