This jar is one of our all-time bests from maker Sondra Bernstein of The Girl & The Fig restaurant in Sonoma. Figs may be the star of her signature spread, but apricots and cherries also shine through in supporting roles. A little white wine smooths everything out to a multi-layered, velvety spread of fantastic fruity flavors. It’s meant to co-star with cheese such as a sharp cheddar or a stinky blue, but feel free to get more creative.
