Here at Mouth, we know pickles. And in our quest to make the best, most unique pickles ever, we saw an opportunity to create something our pack of pickle lovers haven’t tried before. Enter our Daikonic Pickles: A nod to our favorite sushi flavors, this super crunchy and zesty deliciousness is created by taking daikon radish and infusing it with real wasabi, ginger, soy sauce, and red chile for a bit of a kick. Daikon’s mild flavor acts as the perfect canvas for our Japanese-inspired brine while its texture stays perfectly crunchy throughout. We were able to enjoy these as a standalone snack and on our avocado toast due to its wonderfully bright acidity. But they’d also make a refreshing addition to seafood dishes like chilled shrimp, and salmon poke bowls. After months of taste testing, we’re proud to finally debut these one-of-a-kind pickles that are simply to Dai for.
