This snack is a total c-word. As in coconut, curry, and cinnamon, all the flavors invigorating this highly unique butter crunch. A cool cross between toffee and brittle, the craveable candy begins with dairy butter, almonds, and pecans, all folded together with Penzey’s salt-free Hot Curry Powder, Vietnamese cinnamon, and organic unsweetened coconut. Crafted in small batches using organic brown rice syrup instead of cloying corn syrup, the resulting sweet (but not too sweet), savory, spicy, sticky, and earthy treat is both gluten-free and soy-free. So it stands to reason that once you P.O.P, you just can’t stop. 


Tip of the Tongue:

What sets this butter crunch apart? It’s got nuts cooked right into the base, instead of crushed and sprinkled atop a chocolate coating. It looks like brittle, but is actually much softer thanks to the butter, but isn’t exactly toffee, especially when you take into account that it’s made with brown rice syrup (which is less caloric and sweet), and features all sorts of unexpected spices and herbs added to the mix!
