This brandy is Germain-Robin's equivalent of a VSOP (that's short for Very Special Old Pale), a fancy designation for a blend of brandies where the youngest has been aged in wood for at least four years. This stunning blend of older and younger brandies tastes of fresh fruit and feels warm and beautiful, no matter how you drink it.
Germain-Robin combines American ingenuity with traditional French craftsmanship, making a cognac-style brandy the way it used to be made, before modern mechanization and corporate concerns started focusing on volume rather than quality.

As delicious as this is to drink on its own, it's also ideal cocktails and an absolute must-have for any bar. Try a Sidecar, one of our favorite classic cocktails. Combine 1 1/2 oz brandy with 3/4 oz of Fruitlab Orange liqueur and 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice. Shake with plenty of ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
