This North African-style merguez sausage is made with lean, grassy lamb and just a bit of beef, and spiced with hot, smoky, earthy and garlicky harissa sauce, supplemented by a fiery dose of cayenne. And style doesn’t come at the expense of substance. Like all of Les Trois Petits Cochon’s all-natural, handcrafted, artisanal links, it’s gluten-free, preservative-free, and artificial flavor-free. We rest our casing.
