Mouth says...

This coffee-infused sauce is steaming hot! Made with some of the world’s best coffee and cascara (the dried skins of coffee cherries), this special edition hot sauce was created in collaboration with renowned Panamanian chef, Mario Castrellon, to celebrate the U.S. launch of Panama’s Cafe Unido. Prepared in small batches, the team at Senor Lechuga actually dialed down the heat—trading their signature reaper peppers for habaneros— to further emphasize the condiment’s explosive flavor. And you can’t beat a combo of coffee and chilies for jumpstarting your system. Talk about twin perks.

Tip of the Tongue:

Did your sauce separate? Simply shake it up! Spotting distinct layers of ingredients settling at the top of the bottle is actually a good thing. As with fresh-pressed juice, it means no emulsifiers have been added in.
