A star is corn! This maple syrup-sweetened bacon is smoked over GMO-free corn cobs. Believe it or not, the silky ears infuse the pork with a richer and smokier flavor than hardwood. Located in the same New England community where the family-run company has been doing business for a century, the smokehouse handcrafts their silky slabs in small batches using humanely-raised hogs. Now that’s what we call history in the bacon.

You’re halfway to making biscuits and gravy! Save your drippings to make a roux (a base of flour stirred into hot fat) for thickening a creamy, milk-enhanced gravy, perfect for ladling over buttery biscuits (and bacon, of course).
