Ah the perks of being a cauliflower. The spunky sprout, with it's firm texture and clean flavor profile, have long been the perfect canvas for those who practice the brine art of pickling. And Frankie's Fine Brine has risen to the occasion. They've taken the simple stalks and pickled them in white wine vinegar with curry, coriander and black pepper to pack an anything but plain punch.

Spice up every cheese plate. Or mix in with other pickled vegetables (hey, have you seen our selection?) and make your own giardiniera.
