This is not your bubbe’s matzo! Here, the Passover classic has been transformed into sweet-but-not-too-sweet cinnamon toast-y chip that you'll want to nosh on year-round. We're crazy for The Matzo Project, which is run by two camp friends, Ashley Albert and Kevin Rodriguez, who joined forces to reimagine the unleavened bread. The result is a vegan, nut-free, dairy-free, all natural, and yes, kosher snack that would make Bubbe verklempt. So would it kill you to try something new?
Note: The chips are kosher, but not kosher for Passover.
TIP OF THE TONGUE:
The noshing possibilities are unlimited – but we prefer to eat straight from the bag.
