These buttery shortbread cookies have multiplied like rabbits! They’re made with just the perfect ratio of cinnamon and sugar for a treat we just can’t stop eating. Husband and wife team Carol LeValley and Josh Harris started out with beautiful flatbread crackers they baked to accompany the artisan cheeses of Marin county, but they quickly realized there was a huge demand for a bakery and cafe serving fresh, local foods with care and creativity. We especially love their seasonal goodies, like these Easter Bunny cookies! They don’t stick around long, so hop to it, people!
