If magic exists, it must be in the form of bourbon and pecans, because this nut butter is making all our wishes come true. (Ta da!) There's just a hint of crunch from bits of dry roasted pecan, mellowed out by a splash of bourbon and a little vanilla – it's practically pecan pie in a jar.
Background: Andrew Broocker was tired of peanut butter that tasted more like sugar and salt than peanuts. So he started making his own, subtracting everything extra until he got to the purest, peanut-y taste. Once he'd found the flavor he loved, he got creative and started adding in all kinds of tasty additions. His peanut butters are a unanimous YES around here.
