We are super picky when it comes to pre-batched mixers, and the makers of Charleston, South Carolina-based Bittermilk know stuff. Here, they captured the classic gentleman's cocktail all in one package using high-quality ingredients like gentian root and cinchona bark (bittering agents), along with burnt sugar, spices and a touch of orange peel. Then they age the mix in Willett bourbon barrels which gives it a smooth, intense flavor… we’ll cheers to that, old chap!

TIP OF THE TONGUE

This cocktail mixer is super concentrated… a little goes a long way! Bittermilk recomments stirring together 1 part No. 1 + 4 parts rye in a glass with ice and garnishing with an orange peel.
