They put the corn in a kettle inside a mirror-lined basin, which reflects direct sunlight toward the kettle and concentrates its cooking power.   

Finished with the nutty, protein-packed goodness of nutritional yeast, BjornQorn is a pretty guiltless snack. We devour it by the handful and literally fight over the bits at the bottom of the bag.
